Synopsis

Milo and his friends crash a party thrown for the Mayor's daughter, and they cause the girl's new locket to be tossed into the sewer. Helga goes after the gift and gets stuck in a pipe. Voices: Billy West, Becky Thyre, Will Ferrell, Jean Smart and Pamela Segall Adlon.
