The Mend is a darkly-humorous examination of the relationship between two brothers. Mat (Josh Lucas) is a messy loathsome drifter who is reunited with his brother, Alan (Stephen Plunkett) just before he's about to go on vacation and propose to his girlfriend, Farrah (Mickey Sumner). Mat lucks into house-sitting for Alan and almost immediately creates a filthy chaos. When Alan returns home earlier than expected (sans fiancée) he discovers some new houseguests. The two brothers attempt to live together as issues from the past bubble to the surface. Directed by John Magary. Cast includes Lucy Owen, Cory Nichols and Louisa Krause.
