Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
In this Japanese superhero film, combined from two earlier films, the evil Skull Mask must do battle with the good Moonlight Mask. They are fighting over the blueprints for a new weapon. It is later discovered that Moonlight Mask is a cop. Skull Mask is the inventor of the weapon's assistant.
