Synopsis by Hal Erickson

The Little Mademoiselle in this bit of fluff was played by Vivian Martin. Freshly arrived in New York from France, our heroine loses track of her guardian and ends up wandering aimlessly through the continental United States. She meets and falls in love with Jim (Arthur Ashley), who since being disinherited by his wealthy father has been working as a garage mechanic. Inspired by the girl to aspire to "great things," Jim designs a revolutionary new carburetor, wins an important race, and collects a thousand-dollar prize. He uses the money to help reunite the Little Mademoiselle with her guardian -- who, by an incredible stroke of good luck, is the wealthy manufacturer of the automobile driven to victory by Jim!
