Louise (Sherman Hemsley) wants to put the love poems written by her husband, George (Sherman Hemsley), during their courting days in a fancy binding. To do this, however, she must order several copies -- copies that eventually end up in the hands of several of the Jeffersons' friends. George is angry that everyone is privy to his innermost thoughts, until a publisher shows interest in putting the poems into book form.
