Still volunteering at the local Help Center, Louise Jefferson (Isabel Sanford) is altruistic, but nonetheless certain that her good works will some day be rewarded. Namely, she takes it for granted that she will be appointed as editor of the Center's newspaper. So imagine Louise's dismay when her own housekeeper, Florence (Marla Gibbs), is chosen instead.
