Synopsis by Hal Erickson
"America's Handyman" Carter Oosterhouse added another home-improvement TV series to his resume with the DIY Network's The Inside Job. Actually, it was more a series within a series: an unscripted, unrehearsed behind-the-scenes glimpse at another Oosterhouse weekly, HGTV's Carter Can. With the host cheerfully "demystifying" his carpentry-and-craftsmanship techniques, the viewers were clued in to his secret methods of accomplishing a lot with a little, and cramming a huge amount of quality work in a minimum of time. Produced in Denver, The Inside Job premiered October 1, 2007.
