Ivan Lai Kai-ming spins this lurid low-budget Category III yarn about a Hong Kong camera crew venturing out into deepest, darkest China to videotape an exotic local ceremony called the "Rite of Sacrifice." Beautiful city girl Kwok-shan (Diana Pang Dan) tags along to look for her long-lost twin Fun-fun. Once there, Kwok-shan immediately begins to suffer from visions and blackouts. When she consults a local witch doctor, she is told under no uncertain terms to flee the place as quickly as possible. Of course, she doesn't. Meanwhile, the local hot and horny innkeeper along with her hunchbacked lackey is plotting to turn the crew in tomorrow's chef's special. When one of Kwok-shan's fainting spells interferes with the ritual, the natives take blunt instruments in hand and take their anger out on the city slickers.
