synopsis
A young Christian Slater stars in this segment from the After School Mystery Theater series. When a new family moves into a creepy mansion, their neighbor Billy (Slater) tells them tall tales of a millionaire ghost who still haunts the domicile; he persuades the impressionable youngsters to explore secret passages in the house.
