Synopsis by Daniel Gelb
George Amponsah directs this documentary about the 2011 London Metro Police killing of Mark Duggan, which sparked the now infamous Tottenham Riots. Amponsah returns to Duggan's neighborhood and interviews the late man's friends and family about dealing with social injustice at the hands of the police. The Hard Stop received its world premiere at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.
