Troubled young Brooklyn couple Joe (Khan Baykal) and Wendy (Aya Cash) attempt to patch up their relationship by escaping to a picturesque bed-and-breakfast, only to find their issues eclipsed by some truly sinister developments in this outlandish horror comedy. At first the Happy House seemed like the perfect place for Joe and Wendy to put their problems in perspective. But while the blueberry muffins are to die for, the deranged owner and her equally demented guests transform a peaceful retreat into a waking nightmare. Marceline Hugot co-stars.
