One of the many new workout regimens that became popular at the beginning of the twenty-first century was Bellydancing. This exercise video features Dolphina showcasing actions that shape and tone muscles in the upper body. Starting with a five-minute warm up, followed by ten minutes of "concentrated veil technique", the workout is highlighted by a bellydance routine that utilizes the movements learned earlier. A five- minute cool-down ends the video.
