The inspiring sports drama The Goal tells the tale of a friendship between a promising soccer player and an Olympic competitor whose unfortunate circumstances make them unlikely teammates. Each gets into an accident that paralyzes them. In order to get through the physical and mental fallout of their new circumstances, they become part of a quadriplegic rugby team.
