Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Filmed in Europe, the 5-reel Ghost Club was produced by Gloria Productions. Inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's The Suicide Club, the film concentrates on a secret society whose members indulge in murder as a hobby. Their latest victim-to-be is the pretty young heroine, who is unaware of what is in store for her until the final reel. Fortunately, the clubman selected to assassinate the girl falls in love with her before any damage can be done. The trade magazine Variety was underwhelmed by The Ghost Club, writing off the entire premise as "imbecilic."
