A local radio station cooks up a promotion for the new British singing group the Way Outs, spreading rumors that singers are actually visitors from outer space. At the same time, Fred shows up at a masquerade party, wearing a spaceman outfit. . .and guess what happens next. Amusingly, when the Way Outs are seen performing their big hit (titled--what else?--"Way Outs"), their remarkable ability to disconnect their heads from their torsos suggests that perhaps they really out from the Great Beyond!
