Fred purchases a movie camera for the purpose of recording every move that his baby daughter Pebbles makes. Before long, Fred is cheerfully boring all his friends and family members with endless unreelings of his home movies, the limit coming when he forces all the members of his lodge to sit through a marathon showing of his cinematic "oeuvre". Ultimately, however Fred's camera eye comes in handy when he catches two robbers in the act of--well, robbing.
