In desperate need of money for Pebbles' education, Fred signs up for a champion car race, the Indianrockolis 500. Posing as famed Italian speedster Goggles Pisano, Fred mans the wheel of the custom-made car than Barney has fashioned in his garage. Unfortuantely, while the car is up to the rigors of the race, its tires are not (this is one auto that can't rely on the "courtesy of Fred's two feet!")
