With Wilma expecting a baby, Fred hopes to hit his boss Mr. Slate up for a raise. But Slate, weary of being besieged for money by expectant employees, has devised a strategy to avoid forking over the extra funds. In response, Fred cooks up a counter-strategy by claiming that he has been offered a better-paying job, then dragoons Barney into posing as his wealthy potential employer Mr. Rockafeather. Need we add that Fred's brilliant scheme backfires disastrously?
