Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Now that his therapist has advised him to stop dating women, Drew (Drew Carey) transfers his obsessive-compulsiveness from Sex to Civics, demanding that a car-eating pothole in front of his house be replaced immediately. To this end, Drew supports a ballot measure for street repairs, going so far as to volunteer his own house for a polling place, Unfortunately, Lewis (Ryan Stiles) and Oswald (Diedrich Bader) try to fix the outcome of the referendum by plying the hapless voters with gallons of Buzz Beer. And yes, it CAN get worse--especially when the ballots are accidentally set afire just before the polling inspector shows up.
