The newest employee at Winfred-Louder is Dexter K. Roberts (John Caponera), a man famous for throwing fabulous parties. Unfortunately, Dexter manages to rub Drew (Drew Carey) the wrong way, first by making him a laughingstock during the rehearsal of a magic act, and then by failing to invite him to his next party. Likewise left off the invite list is Mimi (Kathy Kinney), who briefly bonds with her mortal enemy Drew as they curse the stork that brought Dexter K. Roberts. Meanwhile, Kate (Christa Miller) tries to improve her life by bleaching her hair--and how about that giant margarita? This is the first episode to open with the now-famous "5 O'Clock World" production number, originally filmed for the previous entry "We'll Remember Always, Graduation Day".
