This performance video presents the Swedish Cullberg Ballet, in a ballet that pays tribute to the life of John Lennon. A series of essays entitled The Dream Is Over provides the biographical notes used to tell the story of the former Beatle. The dance is choreographed by Christopher Bruce, and features some of Lennon's best-known songs including "Love Is Real" and "Imagine." The video also contains a second ballet from Birgit Cullberg's Family Portrait.
