In this sequel to The Man From Atlantis, future Dallas star Patrick Duffy plays Mark Harris, the last survivor of the fabled Lost Continent. Equipped with gills and webbed extremities, Mark is able to function both on land and under the sea. He spends most of his time aiding Dr. Elizabeth Morrell (Belinda J. Montgomery) and the other members of the Foundation for Oceanic Research. Also prominently cast in Death Scouts are Alan Fudge and Kenneth Tigar.
