Feeling that Granny is overworked, Mr. Drysdale hires a housekeeper named Miss Meek (Fran Ryan) to help out at the Clampett mansion. Unfortunately, Miss Meek's working methods leave a lot to be desired; she'd rather sleep than dust, vacuum, or cook. Even worse, the new servant immediately rubs old Granny the wrong way -- and everyone knows what that means. "The Housekeeper" originally aired on January 3, 1968.
