Troma Team Pictures, the independent production company which has taken a brave stand for creative tastelessness with such films as The Toxic Avenger, Sgt. Kabukiman, N.Y.P.D., and Terror Firmer, launched their own film festival to provide a showcase for real independent filmmakers in the midst of the chaos created by a variety of more recognizable Utah film festivals. In a follow-up to The Best of TromaDance Film Festival, Volume 1, this DVD includes more than three hours worth of some of the best independent short films presented at the festivals, including 30 Minutes or Less, Arrowhead Beer, and Cheese Theater Live at an Aquacade.
