According to its TV Guide listing, this French espionager is actually titled The Beckett Affair. Perhaps "Becket" is a typo, or perhaps its distributors wanted to suggest a possible tie-in with the Richard Burton/Peter O'Toole film Becket. Whatever the film's title may be, Lang Jeffries stars as a CIA agent. Stationed in Paris, Jeffries does his best to smash a worldwide terrorist conspiracy. In case you're asking "who's Lang Jeffries?", he was Jim Davis' costar on the old TV adventure series Rescue 8, as well as the star of several mid-1960s European spy flicks.
