Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
A bullied teen named Tom (Nicholas Galitzine) is shocked to discover that the new tenant in his London apartment complex is a rock star who faked his own death to avoid a tax debt (Luke Perry). Eager to win a local battle-of-the-bands contest, Tom starts taking guitar lessons from him.
