Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.

In the first segment of the program, Crackers, the crime-fighting chicken, returns. This time, Crackers explains, it's more personal. He travels to Ohio where he talks to a number of people about the conditions of the 11 million chickens on the Buckeye Egg Farm. At the egg farm's headquarters, he's shown the door. He then visits, in succession, a spokesperson for the governor, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA), and Willie Nelson. Although Nelson encourages him to start a revolt among the chickens, Crackers decides to talk to local media and build a political movement. Eventually, a partial victory is achieved when the OEPA turns down Buckeye's petition to expand. In the remainder of the program, Moore attempts to buy and deliver a housewarming present to Bill Gates, and a satirical cartoon makes a pitch for the Michael Moore Play Set, a game that will teach kids to be just like Moore.
