Synopsis by Ronnie D. Lankford, Jr.
In the first segment of the program, host Michael Moore contends that UPS has broken a recent contract promising a number of full-time jobs. He enlists the help of "Sal, the Bill Collector," a man who looks out for the little people. He first talks to discontented UPS' employees, and then pays a visit to UPS' headquarters. There, he engages in a conversation about the contract with two PR officials until asked to leave. Next, Moore shows clips of a colonial garbed patriot claiming to be Thomas Jefferson. He too, the character admits, lied about sex. "Jefferson" interrupts a congressional press conference until the police remove him from the scene. In the final segment, Moore visits the Pakistan and Indian ambassadors to make sure they are up to the challenge of being nuclear powers. He also enrolls a number of Pakistanis and Indians in a class to learn how to "duck and cover," wear gas masks, and open body bags.
