Popular British dwarf actor Jimmy Clitheroe (1916-1973) made a lifetime career out of playing nasty or precocious children, notably on the long-running BBC radio series The Clitheroe Kid. On occasion, he brought his act to television, as witness the seven-episode laughfest That's My Boy. Broadcast over Britain's ABC network from November 10 to December 22, 1963, the series cast the 4',2" Clitheroe as a mischievous schoolboy. The actor followed up this little opus with the even funnier Just Jimmy, remaining with ABC until the network ceased to exist in 1968.
