The Terrorists runs a scant 61 minutes, but brevity is not the soul of wit in this instance. Marland Proctor plays a military investigator assigned to protect the President. When he gets wind of an assassination plot, Proctor swings into action. Trouble is, he's racing against the clock-and he's losing the race. Irmgard Millard costars.
