Synopsis
Oscar-winning short biopic chronicling the political and military career of Theodore Roosevelt (Sidney Blackmer) from 1895, when he was named New York City police commissioner, to his appointment as President after the 1901 assassination of President McKinley. Blackmer portrayed Roosevelt in six other films.
