This film is part of a series that features some of the many scenic train lines that traverse the mountainous country of Switzerland. This video focuses on the Davos Line, which starts in Landquart to Davos and Filisur. The Landquart and Landwasser river valleys are lush places, filled with agricultural activity. The winter sports resort of Klosters gives the armchair traveler a close-up view of some of the country's most spectacular ski runs. Then it's time to board the first steam locomotive, "Rhatia," for a repeat of her inaugural journey along the line.
