Telugu filmmaker Ghantasala Balaramaiah directs this mythological fantasy about a magical fairy (Anjali Devi) who falls for a handsome though moral prince (Nageshwara Rao). She shows her affection for him by entering his dreams, hoping that that will make him fall for her. One night, he stays awake in order to catch her in the act. Instead, the heavenly lass gets captured by a evil warlock (Mukkamala). After his betrothed (Varalakshmi) sacrifices her life for the sake of the fairy, the prince ventures out to find and rescue the woman of his dreams.
