The seven remaining castaways spend Days 28, 29, and 30 on the island of Koh Tarutao. Previous to the events of this episode, one of the contestants was profoundly -- and radically -- affected by startling news from home. Later, a curious alliance tries to worm its way into the proceedings. When all is said and done, another castaway is voted of the island -- and then there are six, only two of whom are female.
