Synopsis by Hal Erickson
An unprecedented 20 castaways are dropped off at Palau in the western Carolina Islands as Survivor begins its tenth season. The first male and the first female contestant to reach the beach and grab a pair of immunity necklaces are allowed to remain "in play" -- at least for the opening three days of the competition. Two others are thrown off the island even before the players are divided into the Ulong and Koror tribes. In fact, by the end of the show, no fewer than three players have been eliminated -- hence the episode's title.
