Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Arriving by cruiser on a tropical island, Tom intends to get a lot of surfing in--assuming he can ever get the surfboard past the stateroom door. Also along for the ride is Jerry, who watches dispassionately as Tom scurries off to the high waves. Less dispassionate is an angry shark, determined to make a meal of Tom. Several aquatic mishaps (and one Jimmy Durante imitation!) later, Tom finds himself inextricably attarched to a tiny octopus, obliging Jerry to come to the rescue--in a manner of speaking. Finally, Jerry also tries to go surfing, succeeding only in (literally) making a monkey of himself.
