In the late forties and through the fifties, New York was the baseball capital of the country. Teams from that city competed every year for the World Series, often against each other. When two Big Apple teams found themselves battling for the title, the series became known as the Subway Series. This documentary remembers those years, and features interviews with some of the players who were part of these legendary games.
