Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
This is the second of a four part video series hosted by Moira Stott-Merrithew, each of which features a progressively harder pilates workout. Highlighting ab-focused moves, as did its predecessor Stott Pilates: Firm and Fit, this video offers an increased intensity level with a slightly faster pace and new, more challenging positions than provided in the Level 1 program. Also featured are multi-dimensional position variations, including left-to-right as well as back-to-front. Stott, a 12-year pilates veteran, makes a point of identifying common problems and offers advice on how to fix them.
