Renowned British reggae act Steel Pulse performs in this early-'90s concert film. Along with being one of the band's few U.K. shows from the era, the concert also marks the final performance by percussionist Alphonso Martin. Among the ten songs featured in Steel Pulse: Live Legends are "Steppin' Out," "Blues Dance Raid," "Said You Was an Angel," "State of Emergency," and "Taxi Driver."
