A small town Texas family is torn apart by a heinous crime, and a dangerous plot that turns son against father in this thriller from first-time feature filmmaker Derek Wayne Johnson. Years ago, Stone DeBrock's mentally challenged twin Stanley became the prime suspect in the disappearance of Naomi Bridges. Ever since then, the DeBrock family name has been tarnished. When Stone returns to his hometown of Atwood determined to atone for his brother's transgression, however, his dark past strikes back with a vengeance. Stone's childhood love Diane has moved on and gotten married, and his uncle Earl Wayne has crossed a pair of ruthless drug dealers. Recognizing his nephew's arrival as an opportunity to take the heat off of himself and his brother Peebo, Earl Wayne pit Stone against his own father Jake, and watch helplessly as the sins of the past threaten to destroy any hope for a happy future.
