Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
The city of Chicago was steeped in terror during the Summer of 1966 as a madman rampaged, leaving the lifeless bodies of eight nursing students in his path. That madman was Richard Speck and this film from director Keith Walley retells the story of the horrific murders committed by the infamous serial killer. Speck features Doug Cole in the title role.
