Notorious for their status as the strictest police precinct in all of New York City, these no-nonsense cops prepare to catch six dangerous felons, all of which are employed doing less-than-honorable services -- namely, murdering, dealing drugs, running guns, and controlling the prostitution circuit. When the city government puts the pressure on, the precinct makes the risky decision to hire a well-known snitch, who quickly becomes the most likely, if unconventional, weapon against some of the worst criminals in the state.
