Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Although Yale football hero Maurice B. "Lefty" Flynn was never a huge star, he was certainly a capable one when it came to action pictures such as this fast-moving programmer. Jimmy Carson (Flynn) is the assistant paymaster under the unscrupulous John Slevin (Myles McCarthy). Not only does Carson win the enmity of Slevin, he also gets on the wrong side of Martino, the section engineer (C. Norman Hammond), when he comes to the defense of an orphan boy. Carson and Slevin come to blows, and Jimmy believes he has killed his boss. He goes to hand himself over to the sheriff, but on the train he runs into the superintendent James Manning (Herschel Mayall) and his daughter, Marjorie (Ora Carew). Marjorie is kidnapped by Slevin's gang and Carson has to leap from one train to another to rescue her. The bad guys are ultimately captured and Carson wins Marjorie.
