Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

This minor silent Western was one of four produced by a poverty row company known as Bear Productions. Released by the ramshackle Aywon organization, the modern dress oaters starred wiry Gordon Clifford and blonde newcomer Charlotte Pierce. From the only extant film in the series, The Wildcat (1926), Clifford was a personable performer who struggled valiantly against non-existent production values and a mostly amateurish supporting cast. The series proved the directorial debut of genre specialist Harry L. Fraser.
