Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Chin Chien Chang heads the cast of Shaolin Temple Strikes Back. Much of the action takes place in the titular temple, where dwells a group of martial arts-trained monks. The insidious barbaric hordes of the Manchus invade the countryside, looting, pillaging, and littering. The monks defend their temple against the Manchus, and do so in as messy a manner as possible. Featured in the cast of Shaolin Temple Strikes Back is chopsocky stalwart Sho Kosugi (remember him taking on Jean-Claude Van Damme in 1988's Black Eagle?)
