A construction crews prepare to break ground on a massive International Business Park, a drunken trucker careens into an outspoken social activist. Was it a simple accident, or perhaps something far more insidious? Convinced that the deceased victim was purposefully silenced, a dogged investigator teams with a shady pornographer to reveal the evidence that will shake the very foundation of the Indian government.
