Prince Sihanouk of Cambodia directs this feature which uncovers an international plot to topple the Cambodian government. The Army and the state secret service work together to foil the plot with help from the American Central Intelligence Agency. The nation makes the point of vowing to destroy any aggressive enemies. Not long after the release of this film, which pointed out the failure of the U.S. sponsored plot, President Nixon ordered round-the-clock bombing of the country. This film appeared at the 1969 Moscow Film Festival.
