Synopsis by Jonathan Crow

Masahiko Nagasawa spins this action-packed yarn about Japanese crooks running amok in South Korea. Japanese detective Hayase (Tomoya Nagase) is returning home from investigating a case in Seoul when he happens upon a pair of robbers and a mess of cops in hot pursuit. Hayase immediately throws himself into the fray and onto the criminals' getaway van. Hayase eventually chases down and kills one of them, but not before he swears him out in Japanese. The Korean police reluctantly extend his visit, so that he can identify the one criminal that got away. Of course, this type-A uber-cop is not content with merely thumbing through mug shots and soon he's rubbed his Korean uber-cop counterpart Kim Yung Chol (Choi Min Soo) the wrong way. Meanwhile, the baddies -- a gang that goes by the moniker of Dawn of Democracy -- plots to disrupt the Asian summit scheduled in Seoul half a week later.
