Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
Picking up where "The Cadillac, Part 1" left off, this episode finds Jerry's father being accused of embezzling money to pay for the Cadillac that Jerry bought him. Meanwhile, Kramer continues his game of cat and mouse with the cable guy, George's interest in Marisa Tomei leads Susan to suspect that he may be having an affair with Elaine, and Elaine calls Jerry with dollar signs in her eyes to tell him she wants to come and join him in Florida. Marisa Tomei once again guest stars as herself. Airing February 8, 1996, "The Cadillac, Part 2" was originally the second half of a one-hour episode that was split into two for syndication.
