The lugubrious Mr. Hitchcock (John Candy) hosts a presentation of "Murder Is Bad For Your Health," which even he admits is not nearly as good as Psycho (though he compensates for the film's shortcomings with a dynamic Curly Howard imitation). Also on tonight's broadcast schedule: "Only for Women" finds hostess "Chris" (Andrea Martin) bonding with divorcée Patricia Donovan (played by Catherine O'Hara). Plus: The SCTV Movie of the Week "Hats of the West," in which The Sundance Kid (Dave Thomas) is criticized for his bad fashion choices; and Lou Jaffe (Eugene Levy) provides the play-by-play for the Melonville Snooker Championships.
